FTREIT is moving forward with approval to invest in high potential assets worth approximately 6,000 million baht from Frasers Property Thailand Group and assets outside the group from Chaianan-Bang Phli Parkland Company Limited, located in Industrial strategic location and logistics in Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan and in the EEC area The assets to be invested include: Industrial buildings: 23 units, warehouses: 42 units, total leasable area 284,609 sq m, on land totaling more than 405 rai.
